I'm a seasoned MD, COO & CRO with over 25 years of experience spanning Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology across Financial Services and Non-Profit sectors.

A graduate of University College Dublin with a B.Comm and Masters of Accounting, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant, serving financial services clients in Dublin and New York. Now based in London, my career has encompassed roles at major institutions including Barclays plc and innovative fintech companies such as Alkanza, Asto by Santander, and nCino.

My commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability led me to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Save the Children UK (2015-2017), a £400m NGO operating in 68 countries and impacting 22 million children annually.

I'm an author of five successful business books, with combined sales to date exceeding 30,000 copies. My works consistently rank as bestsellers in their categories, with one title being named a finalist for Business Book of the Year 2024. I regularly contribute to prestigious publications, including the Financial Times' Banking Risk & Regulation.

As a non-executive Director, speaker, board advisor, and mentor to emerging businesses, I bring extensive professional certifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner, CISA, CISSP, Sustainable Finance and ESG Investing, and Ethical AI from CISI.
